hehehe... after much bugging from my dearie sista (ganli) i will finally reveal my blog to everyone... hehe... it may not be as pretty as any other blogs nor as informative as any else's. my words may not be as beautiful as any other authors or my chapters may not be that colourful. but "momentsofmylife.blogspot.com" will be very meaningful to me and my frenz who would appreciate it! and i would like to share it with all my frenz!! to share our journey of life together in words and pictures... gossip (girls) and discuss (guyz) in "talk.about"

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
