.300308. (SIBKL Atone Audition)
Today was my 5th lesson for Alpha Class and as usual, I went to church at 8.30 in the morning. Then, it was time for worship. Today Ps Lee Choo sense a different kind of worship and true enough the power supply kept turning on and off but the church was still having an awesome time even without the musician. In fact, it was rather alive and moving.
I also sense a different kind of feeling today because I could feel that [endless]despair was there... Teong Wee first thought me to play the song "Heart Of Worship" on the guitar and I had been listening to it through the week. It was simply amazing when we sang that song today as well. Just when I thought that was amazing, the next song we sung was "All Heaven Declares" which was the song we sang for him during his funeral. I broke down with tears of both joy and sadness. Today, worship was indeed different! We then sang "Draw Me Close To You" which was Jon and my favourite song during Beta Year. I was so moved by the songs today and God was really good.
Soon after the service ended, I then had lunch with my sister and waited for my audition and interview for the worship ministry. I was kinda worried at first though but thank God everything went well for both the interview and audition (thought I think it wasn't good enough) I had a great experience though singing in the main sanctuary where the hall is so freaking big and empty and with 2 judges below and I have the stage all to myself. (Feel abit like those american idol TV show d)
Great day... great day... Definitely all mentioned was experiences beyond worship....

Fishing Kaki
Anyway, to those fishing kaki out there, this "tow foo" / "tau fu" (however you wanna spell it) is a very beautiful place for fishing. Apart from their already well known feeding the fish with only tau fu and soya bits, the place also has very nice scenery and alot of animals to see (eagle, monkey, cow, chicken, goose etc) Sad to say but they no longer sell the fish that is being caught up. It will be on a "catch and release" basis, but previously their fishes are really really nice (to eat of coz). I know that there are many more ponds or fishing centres out there but this is one of those I really like and enjoy fishing there. *cheerz*
*more than one pond to fish*
*really nice place to fish*
*the eagle that the owner rare*
Most people might say fishing is a boring activity and a test of patience, but I think that it could be through fishing since young that I learned to be a patient person and I'm really glad that I enjoy fishing coz it's a really enjoyable sport (so to say)

Pure Life 2nd Visit (Photo Poster Making)
It was our 2nd visit to Pure Life at Puchong after a fruitful bonding with the kids on our first trip. This time, we were there to have a photo poster making session. After much preparation work for the past weeks, we brought the neatly decorated manila cards of various colors to the homes. We developed photos from the first visit and brought it along as well to be distributed to the kids.
The night started off with Osbert leading the ice breaking session with an exciting game called "In and Out of the Pond". The kids together with the rest of the Goshen cell's members had lotsa fun!! It was battle of the sex'es and of course the guyz was the better side for that game. Soon after, we split into respective groups and started to do the photo poster work.
All of them, boyz and girlz, were very excited with it and put full effort in making the best poster out of it. Cuttings, pastings, drawings and writings took place and each of them were supposed to write something good about their friends. About 20 minutes later, everyone was done and we started sharing about what the poster really mean to them. What have they learned during the process? One answered "teamwork"! confidently. One even said he was touched to see the good things his friend wrote about him.
I sense that there was something that moved their hearts and I believe that God is really working. I was so glad that the kids responded so well that night and I'm pretty sure that the poster meant alot to them. If not now, perhaps few years later when they search through their drawers or cupboards holding back at their poster and think back... And I believe even in our daily lives, little thing or good deed that we do, will make a huge difference in someone else's life =)

As mentioned, it was my first photoshooting event, so I did not really know what to expect and trying hard to adapt with the lightings. No doubt, at the end of the day I learned alot. *ahem* about shooting in a simple event like this. I certainly have a hard time though with manual focusing with my sifu's zoom lense. Anyway, got over it with some pretty nice pix tho.
Looking forward to more freelance shooting events!! =D

Blessed Easter to Everyone!!
.230308.
*back drop in the main sanctuary SIBKL 08'*
Hey guyz!! and gurlz... =) Happy and Blessed Easter to all. Once again, it is the day to remember and praise God for it was 'today' 2000 years back our Lord, Jesus resurrected from the dead and reconciles man to God. *cheerz* to that!! He rose on the third day just for us. It's time to "Rise Again"....
This morning as I woke up, I sense something great was going to happen!! Left for Alpha class at 8.15am and i had a great session with Elder Koon Tat. Praise God for a very very fruitful morning session and then came the Easter Celebration @ SIBKL where my whole family (except my mom who is in China right now) went to witness the greatness of God and also to support my sister, Celine, who was worship leading today! =D The atmosphere was awesome and the congregation was simply amazing!!
*the worship team electrifying God's people!!*
*Well done all involved with Easter Celebration!*
I felt God's presence was really strong this morning and I praise him for all who came to know him today and saved under his loving arms. I thank God for giving me a special gift this morning! =)
The message by Pastor Victor Wong was amazing and I am sure it touches a lot of lives today. May the the seed be implanted into good soil and bear fruits. If not today, one day in the future. When the short video of "Passion of Christ" was projected, I broke down. Tears of mix feelings as I see Jesus being cruxified, but, all this I know was for a reason; His Love for us.... Thank You Jesus for dying on the Cross for our sins... I proclaim that you are my personal Lord and Saviour... To God be all the glory!!!

Thank God it's Friday! Praise God for it is Good Friday!!
Do you know what GOOD FRIDAY really means? Let me tell you that almost 2000 years ago, Jesus Christ died for you and me. He suffered, humiliated and died on the cross to wash yours and my sins once and for all, so that we could have eternal life with him. =)
Share this good news with all your friends.

Spiritual Warfare~
.160308.
There are many things in life that we would not understand. Life is always full of surprises. Good or bad. Life is a mystery that will only be revealed when the time comes. Perhaps most of us will complaint life is unfair. But I think God is fair. It's all about the way you see things past, present and future. When we are lost in this wicked world, that is when we have to cry to God and ask Him to lead us back to his light.
Breaking down...
He is the only one who can heal the pain I'm having inside.
I have a longing, only He can fill.
A raging tempest, only He can still.
The reality of life.
"Growing is the adjustment of facing the reality of life everyday"

PAINT-ball vs PAIN-ball
It was the first day of our midterm break for 3rd Semester and so the adventure continues... This time it was paintball or some would like to refer it as painball. *ouch* TTSportsPark is supposingly one of the largest paintball arena in Malaysia and the rate is arguably cheap. (But I found one cheaper that night)
All of us gathered around 10am yesterday but eventually it started at around 11am thanks to one sesat driver. And i don't really mention names though. (the one squatting down from the black team with purple longs =p) Anyway, its was fine as there isn't any other group that booked the field at 12noon so we could have a longer game time.
Safety is the most important aspect in paintball game. Therefore, we had to go through a quick briefing before putting on our mask and vest. And so.... Let the WAR BEGIN!!!
We started off with "Capture The Flag" and then followed by "Last Man Standing + Shootdown The Captain" on the big field. We then continued with another 2 more rounds of "Capture The Flag" in the smaller arena. A total of 5 rounds. And of course, we had a winner!!! And the winner was..........
*everyone had a great 3 hours of paint war!*
Both teams or everyone was a winner that day coz both teams drew 2-2 while one of the rounds did not have a clear winner.
Sorry YueYun for the real bad "blue black" haha..~ I think Castine was the only survivor from paintball injury. Never got shot though and of course I had blue black as well at the back. 2 clear bruises and also one head shot~ GG

Thanks Hitz.FM !!
Day got worse when I caught a cold. Flu and sneezy made me feel so so tired and sleepy. Couldn't take it anymore and took a nap on the couch @ Farnell Newark when I followed Jon and Daniel there to get some electronics component.
Then..... Came a 180 degree change of mood. As I was on my way home from Cyberjaya, I heard that Hitz.fm Cruizer Crew was going to have a "double trouble" road stop @ Mont Kiara Equasterian Park Entrance and also National Science Centre Entrance. I was driving along Kerinchi link that time... So without any hesitation at all, i drove my way to the National Science Centre, thinking that there would be less people there. hehehe (><)
*thanks Gerard a.k.a chunkymunky for the prizeS*
*thanks hitz.fm for the prizeSS*
And so the questions and games begun. Hooray!! I turned out to be the big winner in that 30 minutes of freebies and prize giveaways. Praise the Lord! =D
When I won the final game, I was given priority to choose either the CD or Movie Pass. My thought was CD would be a better choice though although I don't really listen to Janet's songs. Thought I could just keep it as rememberance. Anywayz, great experience and had fun!! =D *cheerzz*

*dead*
.130308.
5 hours of different sports within 8 hours can seriously kill you.
Especially when those sports really requires you to run around and eats your staminas and energy.
Badminton (afternoon) + futsal (evening) + futsal (night) = dead (midnight)

Some Crap Story~
The shop owner pointed out three identical monkeys and said,
"The monkey to the left costs 500 dollars."
Why does that monkey cost so much?" the man wondered.
The owner replied,
"Well, it knows how to use a computer."
The man asked about the next monkey on the perch.
"That one costs 1,000 dollars because it can do everything the other monkey
can do, plus it knows how to use the LINUX operating system."
Naturally, the startled customer asked about the third monkey.
"That one costs 2,000 dollars."
"And what does that one do?" the man asked.
The owner replied,
"To be honest, I've never seen him doing anything, but the other two
calls him boss!"

Which Category Are You In?
Are you of those do the right things for the wrong reasons?
Or do the wrong things for the right reasons?
Could you be one of those who do things for no reasons?
Or do you have all the reasons to do anything?
Are you simply the one who do not do anything for your own reasons?
Or you do not have any reason to do anything?
Perhaps you have reason to do nothing?
Maybe do nothing for plain no reason?
So.... where do you really stand in?? most of the time?

What Life Really Means To You??
Is life really about being born, study hard, work harder, play hardest, get a name for yourself and then die off just like that? Or is life to you is about making money and enjoy the best things in world?
Everyone has their own walks of life. Some fortunate ones will be categorized as "enjoy life". Hardworking ones will have "good life". Lazy ones will go through "hard life" Less fortunate ones will have "miserable life".
What is the ultimate goal and the purpose of us living in this place called "Earth"? Does driving luxury cars, living in a huge mansion, wear the most expensive clothes and enjoy night life brings the true meaning of happiness in life to you? Does achieving the top position in the corporate world or at least in your company gives u the utmost satisfaction in life? Will fame and glory, wealth and richness guarantees you peace?
Is there anything that we are really missing out in life apart from all those earthly obsessions? Have we not forgotten that there's a place called heaven where we can have a life that is eternal?
There's only one source of love, peace and true meaning of life; and the source is God. In Jesus I find my way when I'm lost. He gives me hope when I am hopeless. He brings peace in my days of sorrow. He lights when I'm in the dark. He picks me up when I fall. In Him I found the purpose of life. To bring good news to the people.
When we follow Him faithfully everything else will fall into places. He is always by our side allowing challenges to mould us, events to teach us and provide good friends to accompany us. To live our lives according to his plans and will; then we won't be lost.
So what life really means to you?
